Please find the attached a notice of the Eagles Nest Annual Meeting proxy and self-nomination form. Please complete and return the proxy no later than Tuesday, September 23, 2025. If you wish to be on the Eagles Nest Board of Directors Ballot, please return the self-nomination form no later than Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
This year’s Annual Meeting will be a Video Conference via Zoom on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 6:30pm to 8pm.
